Dans ce cadre, les deux laboratoires ont convenu de travailler conjointement à l’implémentation&nbsp;de&nbsp;nouvelles technologies, l’étude de l’impact&nbsp;clinique&nbsp;de nouveaux&nbsp;outils&nbsp;de diagnostic, l’aide à la surveillance en Santé publique ou le support à&nbsp;l'établissement&nbsp;de plans&nbsp;architecturaux&nbsp;</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Outre l’amélioration de la qualité du service offert au patient, l’objectif de cette collaboration est aussi de faciliter et poursuivre les collaborations scientifiques et académiques existant depuis plusieurs années entre nos deux laboratoires. <p>Par le biais de l'association Vésale, la Loterie Nationale soutient la recherche sur le Covid-19 au CHU Saint-Pierre et au LHUB-ULB. Une équipe de la Loterie Nationale est récemment&nbsp;venue en nos locaux pour réaliser un reportage sur le sujet. <p>Le service de microbiologie du LHUB-ULB est en charge des analyses de laboratoire effectuées lors de la prise en charge préventive, diagnostique et thérapeutique des patients atteints de&nbsp;<strong>maladies infectieuses</strong>. Dans ce cadre, notre mission consiste à rendre des <strong>résultats de qualité</strong> dans un délai de réponse optimisé en promouvant efficience, <strong>technologies de pointe, expertise et multidisciplinarité</strong>, et interactions fortes avec les cliniciens de nos hôpitaux partenaires.</p> <p>Le service est constitué de <a href="#">6 cliniques et unités médicales</a>, et déploie ses activités sur chacun de nos 4 centres d’activité.</p> <p>Le service exerce également des activités d’expertise dans l’étude et la surveillance de certaines infections en Belgique, et héberge <a href="#">4 centres nationaux de référence</a>. <p>Le service péri-analytique a pour mission la réception, le tri, la mise à disposition des prélèvements au sein des services analytiques et la transmission des résultats. C’est une équipe de 60 personnes repartie sur l’ensemble des centres d’activité du laboratoire forte d’une expertise reconnue et de connaissances spécifiques. Vitrine même du laboratoire vis-à-vis des prescripteurs, les centres de tri sont en lien étroit avec les centres de prélèvements des hôpitaux, les maisons médicales et les autres laboratoires faisant appel au LHUB-ULB.</p> , Péri-analytique, Péri-analytique
